Stella - large, sweet, delicious, heart-shaped with red flesh and dark red skin cherry. This is the first true self fertile cherry - the fruit handles and travels well and is usually available from Christmas until mid-January.

Lapins - crisp, sweet, dark red cherry, very popular and considered one of the best cherries. The fruit is large, dark red to mahogany, firm, moderately sweet with good flavour and acidity - a mid-season variety, available from the second week of January.

Kootenay - a new and distinct variety of cherry tree originating in Canada which is a mutation of Lapins with later, firmer, sweet fruit with dark red skin and red flesh.

Santina® - medium sized, long heart shaped fruit with glossy black skin, dark flesh, firm with excellent flavour, small stone, resistant to cracking and a very good storage potential.

Sundrop - large, oval, yellow skinned, bright orange, freestone apricot with sweet and juicy flesh that ripens over a long season and can be eaten fresh or used for preserving and available early January.

Clutha Gold - medium-large, oval apricot, a cross between Sundrop and Moorpark with great eating quality as the flesh is firm but melting with very good flavour and the skin is slightly glossy, golden-coloured with some red blush, they store well and available from mid-January.

Moorpark - medium-large, free-stone, has superb flavour with deep yellow skin with an orange blush. A heritage variety grown since the time of European settlement, the soft, juicy flesh makes it suitable for eating fresh, bottling, jam or drying and available from late January.

NZ Summer 3 - a NZ bred apricot with small to medium fruit, orange skin with a pink blush, orange, fine firm flesh and a long storage period.
